Job Descriptions:

Handle general admin activities in the office
Ensure compliance with policies concerning files as well as office procedures
Preserve a professional appearance and neat office area
Respond and monitor incoming telephone calls promptly and efficiently
Make sure paperwork is complete and distributed as necessary
Conduct general filing as well as distribution of internal communications
Carry out bookkeeping tasks and train office assistants
Ensure smooth operation of the office, support work as well as related systems
Respond to incoming phone calls
Maintain the petty cash book and prepare petty cash accounts
Make sure the office remains safe, clean and a comfortable working environment
Offer administrative support in the office

Requirements:

Graduate with a Degree in Business Administration or its equivalent
At least 2+ years of experience in the same field
Good communication and organizational skills
Expertise in Microsoft Office suite
Must be a self-motivated individual
Should be able to work effectively with customers, vendors as well as employees?
