The candidate shall be filing, updating and maintaining employees records.
Assisting in the end to end company recruitment process.
To deal with employee requests related human resource issues raised.
Providing clerical and administrative support to the HR Manager such as printing, scanning, faxing.
Preparing and implementing policies and protocols that will maintain future company operations.
Should be with a bachelors degree of Psychology from a reputed University.
Must be with basic knowledge of UAE labor laws.
The applicant must be familiar with visa application process.
Preferred candidates with at least proven 1 year experience in Human Resource Department.
Should have good planning, analytical and problem solving skills.
Should have strong leadership, motivational and people management skills.
