- Offer administrative support in the office
- Arrange meetings as and when necessary
- Make sure documentation and reports are monitored on a regular basis
- Prepare documents, reports as well as briefing materials for staff
- Reply and manage clients’ inquiries as well as complaints
- Create and maintain files, generate reports as well as presentations
- Perform other duties as may be required?
- Degree in a relevant discipline
- At least 1 to 2 years of experience in the same field
- Good communication skills required
- Expertise in Ms Office suite
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Good analytical skills?
