Job Descriptions:

Organize and maintain personnel records.
Prepare HR documents, like employment contracts and new hire guides.
Update internal databases (e.g. record sick or maternity leave).
Answer employees queries about HR-related issues.
Liaise with external partners, like insurance vendors, and ensure legal compliance.
Assist the business with general recruiting practices and processes.
Assist payroll department by providing relevant employee information (e.g. leaves of absence, sick days and work schedules).?



Bachelor / Masters degree in Human resource Management.
Proven work experience as an HR Administrator, HR Administrative Assistant or relevant role.
Computer literacy (MS Office applications, in particular).
Experience with HR software, like HRIS or HRMS.
Thorough knowledge of labor laws.?
