Job Details:

  • Organize and maintain personnel records.
  • Prepare HR documents, like employment contracts and new hire guides.
  • Update internal databases (e.g. record sick or maternity leave).
  • Answer employees queries about HR-related issues.
  • Assist the business with general recruiting practices and processes.
  • Assist payroll department by providing relevant employee information (e.g. leaves of absence, sick days and work schedules).?



  • Bachelors in Human resources management.
  • Two to four years experience as an HR Administrator.
  • Experience with HR software, like HRIS or HRMS.
  • Thorough knowledge of labor laws
  • Computer literacy (MS Office applications, in particular).
  • Excellent organizational skills, with an ability to prioritize important projects.
